该库完美地匹配已知抗生素的理化性质,增强了在靶向和细胞基础的检测中发现活性化合物的概率。特别关注了革兰阴性病原体的细胞渗透问题,在这些病原体中,仅具有非常狭窄的分子量、亲脂性和极性表面积分布的化合物可以有效发挥作用。我们库中发现的候选化合物可以通过REAL数据库技术轻松合成其类似物,合成成功率高达85%。
